Hello, I'm Matthias Smalley and alongside me is my beautiful wife, Shayne. We founded Smalley Property Cleaning Services, in early 2023 as an exterior cleaning company and added holiday lighting as a seasonal service. Our lighting packages specialize in custom designs and professional-grade installations. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality, we take pride in turning homes and businesses into festive showcases, ensuring that each display is perfectly tailored, beautifully illuminated, and flawlessly maintained throughout the holiday season. We Take Care of Everything For You!
Custom Design
Our holiday lighting digital design involves creating personalized, computer-generated light displays tailored to your specific home and desired lighting colors. This gives you an idea of what the lights will look like installed on your home or business.
Custom Installation
We use professional grade, LED, C9 lights that are custom cut to your home or business. This ensuring that every strand perfectly matches the contours of your home or business for a clean, professional look.
Light Maintenance
We provide maintenance for the duration the lights are installed. If a bulb blows, we will replace it with a matching LED to maintain the display's brightness. In cases where lights are knocked down by wind or other elements, we will provide prompt reinstallation.
Removal & Storage
After the holiday season is over, we will return to your property to safely remove and store the lights until next year's holiday season. This is usually late January to early February depending on the weather.
